Personal data protection
In accordance with Articles 12, 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “General Data Protection Regulation”), as controller of personal data, we hereby provide you with information about the identity of the controller, the purposes of processing personal data and the legal bases for processing, the categories of users of personal data, retention periods and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Use, scope and purpose of storage and processing
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. MATECH d.o.o. processes your data when you submit an inquiry via the contact form on our website and when you write to us by e-mail or call us by phone.
For this purpose, MATECH d.o.o. collects the following information from you, which you provide voluntarily:
- name and surname,
- title and company,
- e-mail address,
- telephone,
- company website,
- information about the content of your inquiry or message.
We will process your personal data for the purposes of preparing a response to your inquiry, for information and for the possible preparation and conclusion of a contract and for the implementation of the concluded contract. We will use your data, that you provide to us by completing the contact form, exclusively for the provision of contractually agreed services and for the purpose of our internal administration and management of our business.
2. Data Users
We undertake not to disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties without your consent. The collected personal data is stored in in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and is not exported to other countries under any circumstances.
3. Retention period
We only store your data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the individual data was collected and further used. After the retention period has expired, we will effectively and permanently delete or anonymize your personal data so that your identification is no longer possible.
If the purposes described above for which we store and process personal data cease to exist in our company, we will immediately and permanently delete the data sets for which the purpose has ceased.
4. How we protect collected personal data
The website www.matech.si is hosted on a secure web server and is subject to regular security checks.
We use the collected personal data exclusively for the purposes stated above, we do not market it or forward it to third parties, except for partners who help us maintain the website, who are obliged to protect personal data under the same conditions as MATECH d.o.o.
In exceptional cases, we may, in accordance with the law, forward your personal data to state and security authorities, if they make an official request for the provision of personal data.
5. Individual rights
Under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation, every individual has the right to request from MATECH d.o.o. access to personal data and rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You can send your request to us by e-mail or by registered mail to our address.
If an individual believes that there has been a breach of personal data protection, we ask that you notify us immediately and we will provide you with an appropriate response in a timely manner. If necessary, we will also immediately take all necessary measures to eliminate any irregularities.
The individual also has the right to file an official complaint with the Information Commissioner (Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, e-mail: gp.ip@ip-rs.si, phone: 01 230 97 30).
